摘 要:壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇溶液经混合,采用相转化法成膜工艺制备壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇共混膜;以猪大肠膜为粘附对象,考察在不同工艺条件下制得共混膜对猪大肠膜的粘附特征。结果表明:当m(CS):m(PVA)=1:4时,共混膜的生物粘附强度最大;在甘油用量较少时,随着甘油的用量增加,粘附强度快速增强,在6%(wt,下同)时达到最大,当超过8%时,粘附强度明显下降后,随着甘油的用量增加,基本保持一个稳定的水平;在成膜温度为70℃时,所形成CS/PVA共混膜的粘附强度最大。扫描电镜照片显示所形成膜的微观形貌呈多孔结构,这种结构对其生物粘附性能会产生重要作用。The chitosan(CS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) blend membranes were prepared in different technical condition via L--S phase inversion. Bioadhesion properties of CS/PVA blend membrane was investigated in vitro through bioadhesion strength with pig intestine The results showed that its bioadhesion strength was maximized when m(CS) :m(PVA) was 1:4. The bioadhesion strength increased rapidly with increasing of glycerin until the maximum was reached when glycerin added up to 6 %, and then the hioadhesion strength decreased obviously with increasing of glycerin,tended to almost constant when the level of glyc- erin was more than 8%. The bioadhesion strength of CS/PVA blend membranes maximally took value while fomaing membranous was at 70℃. The result of SEM indicated that the membrane surface of the blend system would take shape of porous structure which would effect on bioadhesion properties of CS/PVA blend membranes.
