壳聚糖对大肠埃希菌生物被膜耐药性的影响

摘  要:目的探讨壳聚糖对大肠埃希菌生物被膜(BF)细菌耐药性的影响。方法应用改良培养法建立大肠埃希菌BF。表型法检测ESBLs、AmpC、超超广谱β内酰胺酶(SSBL),K-B法做药敏试验。结果空白组、对照组、实验组产ESBLs分别为16.7%、50%、41.7%;产AmpC分别为0、25%、25%;产SSBL分别为0、16.7%、16.7%。对照组和实验组中各酶的检出率均明显高于空白组(P<0.05),对照组和实验组酶的检出率无差异(P>0.05)。大肠埃希菌除亚胺培南全部敏感外,对其他抗生素的耐药率均较高。结论生物被膜的形成增加了细菌耐药性;壳聚糖对生物被膜细菌的耐药性没有影响。Objective To explore Chitosan'effect on durg resistance in the biofilm of Eco.Methods The model of Eco.biofilm was built up with the modified method.The ESBLs and AmpC and SSBL were detected by phenotype method.Results The detection rates of ESBLs in blank group,control group,experiment group were 16.7%,50%,41.7% one bye one;AmpC were 0,25%,25%;SSBL were 0,16.7%,16.7%.There was obvious statistics difference(P0.05)between blank group and control group and experiment group.There was no obvious statistics difference(P0.05) between control group and experiment group.The resistance rates of Eco.were higher,expect for IPM.Conclusion Durg resistance were increased because of the formation of biofilm.The bacterial resistance wasn't affected during formation of Eco.biofilm because of chitosan.
