细胞因子VEGF、IGF-1与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆VEGF、IGF-1水平与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性。方法选择2型糖尿病患者60例,分为2型糖尿病不伴有视网膜病变组(NDR)20例;2型糖尿病伴视网膜病变(非增值期)组(BDR)20例;糖尿病伴视网膜病变(增值期)组(PDR)20例;健康对照组20例,经口服葡萄糖耐量试验证实排除糖尿病。分别检测空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及细胞因子VEGF、IGF-1等各项指标。结果①VEGF水平:2型糖尿病各组均高于正常对照组;BDR组明显高于NDR组,但PDR组VEGF含量下降;②IGF-1水平:呈正常对照组<NDR组<BDR组<PDR组递增趋势;③IGF-1与VEGF水平在NDR和BDR两组呈显著正相关。结论细胞因子VEGF、IGF-1参与了糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展,与糖尿病视网膜病变密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of VEGF and IGF-1 level in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy.Methods To select 60 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes,which were divided into NRD group 20 cases,BDR group 20 patients,PDR group 20 patients and healthy control group 20 cases.All patients were examined fasting plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglycerides,total choles terol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and VEGF,IGF-1 levels in serum,then compare all of data.Results ①VEGF levels：VEGF levels in type 2 diabetes groups compared with the control group were significantly increased,The level of VEGF in BDR group was significantly higher than in NDR group,The level of VEGF in PDR group decreased ②IGF-1 levels：showing NDR group BDRgroup PDR group tendency.③In the NDR and BDR groups IGF-1 and VEGF levels were significantly positively correlated,Conclusion VEGF、IGF-1 participate in the development of diabetic retinopathy,closely related with diabetic retinopathy.
