2010年我院门诊处方用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的贯彻《处方管理办法》,规范我院处方管理,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,减少药源性疾病发生,降低患者医疗费用。方法回顾性随机抽取2010年1月～2010年12月门诊处方30 462张,逐一审查和统计分析,对不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果不合格用药处方848张,不合格率为2.78%。不合理用药发生频率较高的是药物配伍不合理,药物用法用量不合理,抗生素使用不合理及选药不合理等。结论我院处方用药基本合理,但仍在一定程度上存在用药不合理现象。处方的开具应进一步规范化,确保患者安全、合理用药。Objective To regulate our hospital’s prescription management,specify prescription norms and promote rational medication so as to reduce drug-induced diseases and cut down patients’cost of health care.Methods 30462 clinic prescriptions from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomly collected from out-patients of our hospital.Irrational drug prescriptions were singled out and classified followed by a series of retrospective statistical studies and analyses.Results Out of all those prescriptions,848 were unqualified,with a rate of 2.78%.The main cause leading to the high frequency of irrational drug use was the irrational drug compatibility,irrational drug dosage and irrational use of antibiotics.Conclusion Medication in our hospital is generally sound and ideal,but irrational drug use still exists to some extent.Prescriptions issued should be further standardized to ensure safe and rational medication of patients.
