摘  要:通过对3台直接蒸发冷却空气处理机组采用3种不同的填料形式、过滤器、挡水板、布水方式进行对比分析。通过对这3台蒸发冷却空气处理机组分别测试得到不同的填料形式、不同的布水方式、不同的挡水方式对机组的效率、阻力的影响以及不同风速对填料效率和阻力的影响。从测试结果得到3台蒸发冷却空气处理机组的阻力分别是230Pa、716Pa、443Pa,其中三者的风速分别在2.5~3.0m/s、5.0~6.0m/s和2.0~2.5m/s,在机组断面面积和内部结构不相同的情况下,机组的阻力大小与机组结构相关和风速的大小没有特定关系。3台蒸发冷却空气处理机组的填料厚度分别为50mm、195mm、300mm,填料的效率分别是69.6%、84.7%、93.3%。Through to introducing direct evaporative cooling air handling unit used three different kinds of packing form,three different kinds of filter,three different kinds of flush boards,three different kinds of cloth water means were compared and analyzed.Three sets of evaporative cooling air handling units were tested to obtain the different filler forms,different cloth water means,different block water means have influence on efficiency and resistance of the unit.different wind speed and resistance impact efficiency and resistance of packing.From the result of the test,The resistance of three sets of evaporative cooling air handling units is respectively 230 Pa,716 Pa,443 Pa,three wind speed respectively from 2.5 to 3.0 m/s,from 5.0 to 6.0 m/s and 2.0 to 2.5 m/s,the resistance of units have not relation with speed.Packing thickness of three sets of evaporative cooling air handling unit is respectively 50mm,195mm and 300mm,packing efficiency is 69.6%,84.7%,93.3%,the efficiency of 300mm packing thickness increased by 23.7% 50mm thickness packing.
