摘　　要：介绍搅拌摩擦焊的原理、特点及优点,并对在铝合金板材及型材上的应用进行一系列试验,得出搅拌摩擦焊在焊接性能上优于普通熔焊的结论,论证搅拌摩擦焊在城轨车辆上的可用性。In this paper, the principles, applications ahd advantages of the friction stir welding （short for 1;SW） were introduced briefly, and then a series of tests on the welded joints of the plates and profiles were took out, the results show that the welding performance of friction stir welding is superior to ordinary melting welding, and further demonstrated the application of friction stir welding in the transit vehicles.
