FDI与产业集聚的相关性及其对中西部地区产业集群发展的启示

摘　　要：从FDI和产业集聚的外部性出发,对二者间关联性进行机理分析之后,利用29省(自治区、直辖市,以下简称省份)工业企业数据(1986～2008)验证FDI与我国产业集聚水平的相关性,阐述中西部地区产业集聚的现状和水平,最后提出了中西部地区利用FDI推动集群建设的对策建议。Starting from the externalities of FDI and industrial agglomeration, this paper does an indepth analysis of the correlation between the two of them and then by using the data of industrial enterprises in 29 provinces between 1986 and 2008 validates the correlation of FDI and the level of China＇s industrial clustering. This paper describes the industry agglomeration level of China＇s central and western regions and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting construction of industrial clusters by utilizing FDI in central and western regions.
