摘　　要：目的观察吸烟对雄性大鼠性激素及性行为的影响。方法 8周龄清洁级雄性SD大鼠25只,按照随机化原则分为吸烟组15只(实验组)和对照组10只。将吸烟组大鼠放于30cm×40cm×30cm密闭玻璃容器中,通过送风机送入空气和香烟烟雾,并维持浓度相对恒定,每次吸烟10支,每天2次,连续60d。对照组仅送入空气,处理时间同实验组。吸烟周期完成后观察各组性行为指标的改变,同时测定其血清性激素的变化。结果与对照组比,吸烟组大鼠血清睾酮(T)明显下降(P<0.05),而雌二醇水平明显升高(P<0.05)。同时,吸烟组骑跨潜伏期、插入潜伏期及射精潜伏期均明显延长(P<0.05),射精前插入次数明显增加(P<0.05),插入频率无明显改变。结论吸烟可以对雄性大鼠性激素水平和性行为指标产生一定的影响。Objective To study the influence of smoking on sexual hormones and sexual behavior of male rats. Method A total of 25 male sprague-dawley rats（8 weeks old） were randomly divided into smoking group （n = 15 ）and control group（ n = 10）. Smoking group rats were put into a 30cm x 40cm x30cm sealed glass con- tainer. The mixed gas containing air and cigarette smoke was insufflated into the container, and the concentra- tion was maintained relatively constant. 10 cigarettes were used each time and 2 times a day for 60 days. In the control group, the air was insufflated only. After the experiment, the changes of male rats＂ sexual behavior were observed and recorded. The serum sexual hormones were examined. Results Compared with the controls, the total serum testosterone（T） level decreased and the serum estradiol（E2） level increased in smoking group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Smoking rats displayed an increase in the incubation period of stradding, insertion and ejaculation. The number of insertion in smoking rats was also significantly longer（P 〈 0.05 ）. No changes in insertion fre- quency were observed between two groups. Conclusions Smoking may have some impacts on sexual hormone levels and sexual behaviors of male rats.
