摘 要:对变压器振动进行理论分析,得出变压器的铁心振动与励磁电流的平方呈线性关系.建立变压器的等效电路模型,通过电路仿真及matlab傅立叶变换输出电流频谱图分析,验证负载电感发生显著变化时,励磁电流高次谐波亦发生了显著变化,且主要集中在奇次谐波部分.理论分析及仿真结果综合表明:随着负载电感显著变化,励磁电流高次谐波发生相应的变化,铁心的振动频谱亦会发生显著变化.Based on the theoretical analysis of the transformer vibration, it is found that the core vibration is linear to square of no-load input current. The equivalent circuit model of transformer was established as a precondition, and current spectrum charts were acquired through circuit simulation and Fourier transform analysis by matlab. Conclusion was that the harmonic wave amplitudes of the no-load input current, particularly focused on the odd harmonic parts, would change noticeably as loading inductance changes significantly. As well as the theoretical analysis, the results of circuit simulation show that as the load changes, the no-load input current changes, core vibration spectrum would change accordingly.
