摘　　要：JC120DB交流变频驱动单轴绞车在主轴装置的两端分别有两台变频电机,电机通过联轴器与悬吊式一级半行星减速器的两个输入轴相连,经两级减速后通过齿轮离合器与主轴联接,在行星减速器与主轴之间有液压齿轮离合器。JC120DB绞车综合运用了行星减速技术、全数字交流变频控制技术、能耗制动与盘刹技术、自动送钻、智能软启动等新技术,整体技术性能先进,并具有体积小、质量轻、结构简单、效率高、使用维护简单、自动化程度高等特点。The JC 120DB AC variable frequency driven （VFD） single shaft drawwork equips with two AC motors on its both sides. The two motors are connected to two input shafts of the one and half grade suspended planetary gearbox by coupling. It is connected to the main shaft by gear clutch after two grade redactions. There is a hydraulic gear clutch between the reducing device and the main shaft. Many new techniques have been used, such as whole digital AC VFD technique, dynamic braking and disc brake, automatic driller, intelligent soft start and so on. Whole techniques are advanced. The drawwork has a lot of good properties, such as simple structure, small volume, lightweight, high efficiency, high automation, simple utilization and so on.
