摘　　要：齿轮座是轧钢厂各种轧机的传动装置,承担很大的传动荷载。齿轮座各部件在制造加工完成后都要进行预装、形成齿轮座整体设备,达到安装条件。针对轧钢厂各种轧机传动齿轮座预装工作的难点,通过对预装过程进行认真剖析研究,找出其中的影响因素和薄弱环节,制定出了拉杆螺栓的热装、齿轮轴及轴承的预装、粗刮轴承、精刮轴承的工艺措施。使齿轮座的垂直度、水平度、齿轮啮合、各部位间隙、紧力都达到国家标准。使齿轮座达到整体安装的技术要求。The gear seat is the transmission of all kinds of rolling mils, Take a lot of transmission load.
