摘　　要：立法价值是生态法构建不可回避的问题。在生态法构建的过程中,立法者应该从关注人类社会和生态系统的共同利益出发,确定符合生态保护的立法理念,确立以人类利益和生态利益并重的生态和谐观、维护人与自然生态秩序的生态安全观,以及兼顾公平和安全的生态效率观的立法价值。The value of legislation cannot be avoided for the construction of ecological lave. During the construction of ecological law, legislators must pay close attention to the common interests of the human society and the ecosystem, and confirm legislative concept fitting in with ecological protection, and establish firmly the values of legislation of ecological view of harmony which equally emphasizes human interest and ecological benefit, the view of ecological security, which conserves the ecological order of human and nature, and ecological efficiency view which takes into account of justice and security.
