摘　　要：目的利用肠溶聚丙烯酸树脂制备体外游离膜,通过对游离膜的研究,考察其特性并以此为剂型设计提供理论参考。方法以不同比例肠溶聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ、Ⅲ号制备游离膜,实验测定其溶蚀速率、形态学变化、机械性能、吸水率及干燥前后质量的变化。结果体外游离膜在溶蚀速率、形态学、吸水率及干燥前后质量变化方面表现出一定的规律及特性。结论对体外游离膜的考察,可以为其在控释制剂中的应用提供一定理论参考。Objective To observe the characteristics of free film of entric-coated acrylic resin. Method Different proportions of entericcoated polyacrylic acid resin（No.Ⅱ、Ⅲ） were used to prepare the free film. The dissolution rate,morphological changes, mechani- cal properties, water content and quality changes before and after drying were measured. Result The study showed some characteristics. Conclusion The study of free film in vitro can be applied in the controlled release of entric-coated acrylic resin as a reference.
