90例围手术期患者抗菌药物应用调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解外科围手术期患者抗菌药物的使用情况,评价用药的合理性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法回顾性调查2011年1月至6月围手术期患者90例,对临床预防性应用抗菌药物的情况进行分析评价。结果 90例患者中58例围手术期使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为64.44%,涉及6大类共21个品种。不合理用药中Ⅰ类切口占33.96%,Ⅱ类切口占75.67%。结论应严格按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》规范外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用,提高抗菌药物的合理应用水平。Objective To understand the perioperative patients use of antimicrobials situation, evaluate the rationality, and to promote the perioperative period of rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods The medical records of 90 cases of perioperative surgery during January 2011 to June were randomly checked. Analysis and evaluation of the investigation questionnaires were performed in perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs. Results Among 90 medical records, 58 cases used prophylactic antimicrobial drugs,with total 21 varieties of drugs in 6 categories. The preventive medication rate was 64.44%. Irrational drug use in preventive medication cases, I incision accounted for 33.96% ,and II type incision accounted for 75.67%. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the clinical use of antibiotics to regulate surgical perioperative application of antibiotics to improve the level of rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
