摘　　要：目的对白花蛇舌草的化学成分和药理作用进行综述,进一步为该植物的保肝作用的研究提供物质基础。方法对相关文献进行归纳总结,并对其化学成分分类综述。结果报道的白花蛇舌草主要含有黄酮类、蒽醌类、萜类和甾醇类等化学成分,药理作用包括抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、免疫调节和保肝等作用。结论通过对白花蛇舌草药学活性及各类化合物的讨论,揭示了白花蛇舌草药理学作用的分子基础,并且有利于进一步开展其保肝活性的研究。Objective In this paper,the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Hedyotis diffusa were reviewed, and this will provide the material basis for further study of hepatoprotective effect of plants. Methods The relevant literatures,and sort the chemical compositions were summarized. Results Hedyotis diffusa Wild contains flavonoids, anthraquinones, terpenoids, ste- rols and so on. The pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,antibacterial,immunomodulatory and anti-liver disease were reported. Conclusion Through the discussion of the pharmacy activity and ehemlcal compositions of Hedyotis diffusa, the article reveals the molecular basis of pharmacological effect,which is helpful for further study of its hepatoprotective activity.
