摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱测定银黄颗粒中咖啡酸含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(23:77,pH 3.8~4.0),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为323 nm,柱温25℃。结果:咖啡酸的线性范围为10~90μg/mL,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为97.49%,RSD为1.14%。结论:该法准确可靠,简便易行,重现性好。Objective: Determination of caffeic acid in Yinhuang Granules by HPLC. Methods: Using the Kromasil C 18 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) as column; using Methanol-phosphate buffer (23 : 77) (pH 3.8 -4.0) as mobile phase; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength : 323 nm ; column temperature : 25 ℃. Results: The linear range of caffeic acid was 10 - 90 μg/mL, r = 0. 9995. The average recovery rate was 97.49% and RSD was 1.14%. Conclusions: The method used in this experiment is accurate, reliable, and easy to perform with good repetition.
