摘  要:为了分析铸造行业多项节能技术集成中单项技术措施的贡献率,采用多元线性回归方程建立节能措施贡献率分析模型。根据铸造工艺流程中各环节能耗分析确定单项节能技术的节能率,利用正交试验设计表的试验组合获得的数据来估计模型中待定参数及关键节能措施。进行了实证分析,结果表明节能中的关键技术为铸态球铁技术、中频感应炉熔炼技术。In order to obtain the contribution rate of individual technical measures in foundry industry integrated with a number of energy-saving technologies, multiple linear regression analysis was employed to establish the contribution rate model of energy-saving measures. Based on various aspects of energy-consumption analysis in casting process, the individual rate of energy-saving technology is determined, and the orthogonal experimental design table was used to obtain the experimental data of energy-saving technology combination, and estimate model parameters. The key energy-saving measures were determined on the basis of these results. The analysis results demonstrate that the key technologies are as-cast ductile iron technology and medium frequency induction furnace melting, technology.
