摘　　要：介绍了覆砂金属型合金白口铸铁磨球铸造工艺的特点及生产中的应用情况。该技术可实现磨球的自动化流水线生产,改变手工作业的生产方式。在确保产品质量,改善工作环境的同时,降低工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率。The characteristics and application of the sand-lined metal mold casting process in the production of alloy white cast iron grinding ball were introduced. The handwork mode of product：ion of casting grinding ball can be changed to the automatic production by the technique. The product quality can be guaranteed and working environment can be improved, at the same time labor intensity can be dec：teased and production efficiency can be enhanced.
