摘　　要：简要介绍了在使用湿型砂气冲造型工艺生产16型钩尾框的生产实践中,如何通过优化铸造工艺、提高型芯砂性能等改进措施减少裂纹、砂眼等铸造缺陷的产生。The production practice of 16 type coupler yokes by green sand air impact molding was briefly introduced in the paper. Practicable measures including optimizing process and improving properties of mold sand and core sand were presented to reduce casting defects such as cracks, sand holes.
