摘　　要：针对地坑造型生产大型灰铸铁平台的诸多难点,分别从地坑准备、芯子工艺设计、组型操作、浇冒口设计以及铸型冷却等方面指出了控制要点。成功地生产出34 t灰铸铁平台,铸件品质达到用户的验收标准。The process-control key points were given from the following aspects： pit preparation, process design of core, mold assembly, design of running and feeding system, and mold cooling, which aimed at many difficulties in the production of large gray iron platform by pit molding process. The 34 t gray iron platform was successfully produced, of which quality reached the acceotance standard of the customer.
