摘  要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)+936TC基因多态性和子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性的关系。方法检索MEDLINE、EMBASE以及中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等中、英文数据库公开发表的关于VEGF+936TC基因多态性和子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性的文献。对文献进行质量评价、筛选和提取相关病例对照研究资料,利用Revman5软件进行Meta分析,计算合并的比数比(odds ratio,OR)及其95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)。结果共纳入文献5篇,累计病例组1784例,对照组1865例。以携带+936TC基因型的个体患子宫内膜异位症的风险显著增加:杂合子模型(OR=1.19,95%CI:1.02-1.37,P=0.02,heterogeneity:I2=3%)、主导模型(OR=1.18,95%CI:1.03-1.37,P=0.02,heterogeneity:I2=27%)。结论 VEGF+936TC基因多态性可增加子宫内膜异位症的遗传易感性。Objective To study the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) gene + 936TC polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to endometriosis. Methods "Vascular endothelial growth factor", "Gene polymorphisms"," Endometriosis" were used as keywords to search literature in English database including MEDLINE, EMBASE and Chinese database including CBM and Wanfang et al by two evaluators respectively. The literatures were evaluated the quality, selected and extracted material of related case control studies. The Revman5 was used for Meta - analysis. Main outcome measures included the calculation of odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) of VEGF + 936 TC gene polymorphism between eases arid controls. Results Total 5 studies were identified and an association of VEGF gene + 936TC polymorphism with endometriosis was found. Endometriosis risk of +936TC variants carries increased significantly (TC vs. CC: OR = 1. 19,95% CI: 1.02 -1.37,P = 0.02, heterogeneity : 12 = 3 %. Dominant model: OR = 1. 18,95% CI : 1.03 - 1.37, P = 0.02, heterogeneity : 12 = 27% ). Conclusion The results indicate that VEGF gene + 936TC polymorphism is a risk factor for endometriosis
