摘　　要：阐述和分析了国内外适航管理信息化的发展现状,针对现阶段构建的适航管理信息化系统中的审定业务、审定基础与审定流程的不规范,提出了系统化、规范化的民机适航管理信息体系建设方案,为构建全过程全业务的适航管理信息系统打下基础。Aiming at the development situation on the aircraft airworthiness management informationization both at home and abroad, it analyzes the shortage of standard in accreditation businesses, accreditation bases and ac- creditation processes, proposes a systematic and a standardized civil aircraft airworthiness management information frame. This solution can be valued as the foundation for the whole aircraft airworthiness management informationization system.
