摘　　要：目的探讨早期功能锻炼在烧伤患者瘢痕挛缩畸形预防中的效果。方法对本院收治的25例烧伤患者进行积极的治疗后,给予早期功能锻炼,观察其疗效。结果治愈20例29只手,显效4例6只手,有效1例1只手。24例患者手部关节功能恢复良好,手部功能基本恢复;1例患者因未按照医生的指导坚持功能锻炼,瘢痕挛缩畸形形成。结论烧伤患者早期进行功能锻炼可有效预防瘢痕挛缩畸形的形成。Objective To study the effect of early functional exercise in prevention of scar contracture deformity after bums. Methods 25 patients with burns in our hospital were given to early functional exercise after an active treatment,then the effect were observed. Results 29 hands（20 cases）were cured,6 hands（4 ca- ses） had marked effect, 1 hand （ 1 case） was effect. The joint function of hand showed good recovery, hand func- tion were basically recovered, 1 cases occurred scar contracture deformity becaused of not insisting on functional exercise according to the guidance of doctor. Conclusion The early functional exercise can effectly prevent the scar contraeture deformity after bums.
