摘　　要：燃料比是炼铁工艺控制的重要成本指标,宝钢COREX通过加强原燃料管理,优化炉料结构,改善煤气流分布,提高竖炉金属化率,优化操作参数,减少炉温波动,减少休风次数,提高作业率等措施,燃料比由1 000 kg/t降低至920 kg/t左右,节约了资源,降低了铁水成本.The fuel rate is a very important index of iron making cost. Herein, the fuel rate was obviously decreased from 1 000 kg/t to 920 kg/t by means of enhancing the management of the raw material handling line, improving the mixture material structure, equalizing the gas distribution, increasing the metallization, optimizing the operation parameters, and increasing the production availability and etc. , which saves resources and decreases the cost of iron making.
