摘  要:研究了150 t LF钢包炉的电气特性和供电曲线的确定,绘制出了LF炉10 MVA变压器各级电压下的电气特性曲线图,利用各级电压的电气运行特性建立了LF炉的电气运行圆图;根据LF炉电气运行约束条件得出了各级电压下的许用电流工作点,结合在LF炉实际生产过程中工艺情况,制定出合理的供电曲线.Electric characteristic and power supply curve of 150 t ladle furnace of a certain plant were studied. The electrical characteristics curves of 150 t LF 10 MVA transformer in different levels of voltage were drawn, and based on this, the electrical operation circle diagram of LF was obtained. According to electrical operation constraint conditions of LF, the allowable current working points in different levels of voltage were obtained, the typical power supply curves of actual production process of LF was presented , and the reasonable power supply curve and argon-blowing flux in each operation phase of LF furnace were put forward. Finally , the reasonable power supply system for 150 t 10 MVA ladle furnace was established.
