摘　　要：目的:观察壮医鲜姜汁敷背对风寒型感冒的临床疗效。方法:将110例风寒型感冒患者分为治疗组(壮医姜疗组)60例,对照组(常规中药治疗组)50例,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后,壮医姜疗组在体温下降、症状减轻或消除、血象改善等方面有显著效果(P<0.05),统计学差异显著。结论:壮医鲜姜汁敷背疗法对风寒型感冒有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the Zhuang medicine fresh ginger deposited with his back to the clinical effect of cold strain of in- fluenza. Methods：110 cases of cold strain of influenza patients were divided into treatment group （Jiang Zhuang medicine treatment group） 60 cases in the control group （conventional medicine treatment group） 50 patients were compared after treatment of the clini- cal efficacy. Results：After treatment, Zhuang Kang medical therapy group the temperature drops, to reduce or eliminate the symp- toms, blood as improvements, and a significant effect （P 〈 0.05 ）, statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Fresh ginger Zhuang medicine deposited back therapy on the cold strain of influenza a significant effect.
