西部中小城市建立早期阅读推广基地的构想——以重庆市永川区为例

摘　　要：中国西部中小城市的早期阅读与中东部相比尚存在很大的差距。其原因除缺乏足够的经费支持外,还与地方政府重视不够,媒体和图书馆推动不力,儿童家长认识不足等有关。为此,根据西部地区中小城市早期阅读的现状和0-6岁婴幼儿的生理、心理等特点,提出了馆外建立早期阅读推广基地的构想。从建设模式、融资模式和建设措施等方面进行了探索。In the construction of early reading, there exist enormous disparities between eastern cities and the western＇ s. Be- sides the lack of financial support, the causes mainly include the neglect of the local governments, the deficiency of spreading of the medium and libraries, and the ignorance of the children＇ s parents, etc. This situation can be im- proved through constructing bases for spreading early reading. They will be projected according to children＇ s psy- chology and growing features, absorbing extensively all the social resources and scientific layout. This elaborates on construction mode, financing pattern and construction measures, etc.
