摘　　要：通过对潜油电泵叶导轮的失效原因进行研究,应用叶导轮测试实验台系统对失效叶导轮进行测试,得出统计数据,应用可靠性分析方法,对叶导轮失效规律进行研究,得出叶导轮性能曲线,并对控制措施进行了有意义的探讨。Studying failure causes of the leaf guide wheel in submersible electric pump, Statistical data are obtained by the leaf guide wheel test bench system which is used for testing the leaf guide wheel that is out of operation. The failure law of leaf guide wheel was researched on the basis of reliability analysis method, and the performance curve of leaf guide wheel was obtained, then we have a meaningful discussion on control measures.
