摘　　要：在高校学生管理领域,因为受到社会转型所带来的冲击,因为在管理理念、管理目标和管理制度方面均存在诸多问题,不可避免地产生了诸多风险。文章对这些风险及其产生的原因进行了深入分析,并从管理文化、组织机构、管理制度、管理环境和管理方法、手段等方面加以研究,寻找规避风险的途径,拓宽和深化了对当代大学生管理的理论和实践研究。Due to the impact of social transformation as well as many problems in terms of management philosophy, man-agement objectives and management system college students＇ management will inevitably produce a lot of risks. The paper analyzed in depth these risks and their causes and make a research from the management culture, the organizational struc-ture, the management systems, the management environment and the management methods and means so as to find ways to avoid risks, broaden and deepen the theory and practice of contemporary college students＇ management.
