摘　　要：采用文献资料法、录像观察与数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对2011至2012赛季广东恒大女排的夺冠进行思考,分析了恒大女排的成功对中国排球联赛的意义;恒大激活联赛市场;改变俱乐部的生存环境,促进中国排球的发展。目的在于探索中国排球联赛职业化的道路,为中国排球俱乐部提供建设性的理论参考依据。The use of literature, video observation and mathematical statistics, logical analysis, to analyze the 2011-2012 season, Guangdong Hengda win that, the Hengda financial policy Lang Ping, the coach＇s coaching ability,foreign aid strength is the Hengda win the key. The purpose is to explore the road of Chinese volleyball league professional to provide a constructive theory of reference for the Chinese volleyball club, for more attention to Chinese Volleyball League.
