摘 要:为探索人工饲养六斑月瓢虫的最适温度,研究温度对其生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果表明:在17~32℃下,六斑月瓢虫的发育速率随着温度的升高而加快,但发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短;在32℃以上的高温区,其发育速率有所减慢,发育历期则随着温度的升高而略有延长。用直线回归法求得六斑月瓢虫世代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为8.29℃和294.12日度;而用直接最优法求得六斑月瓢虫世代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为8.36℃和288.80日度。采用线性日度模型和Logistic模型对卵期、各龄幼虫期和蛹期的发育速率进行模拟分析,2种模型均能较好地反映出各虫期的生长发育速度。The influence of temperature on the growth , development and reproduction of Menochilus sexmacu- lates was studied to explore the optimal temperature for artificial rearing of the ladybug. The results showed that the growth and development rate of the ladybug increased significantly and the development period was shortened along with temperature rising from 17℃ to 32℃. The development rate dropped slowly when the temperature was over 32℃, and the development phase was prolonged a little with the increment of temperature over 32℃. The develop- ment threshold and the effective accumulated temperatures of the whole life cycle of M. sexmaculates was calculated by the linear regression method as 8.29℃ and 294.12 day-degrees whole life cycle of this ladybug was calculated by the direct optimal respectively. The development rate of the egg stage, each lates were simulated by both the Linear Day Degree model these two models could well reflect the respectively. The corresponding two data of the method to be 8.36℃ and 288.80 day-degrees instars larvae stage and the pupa stage of M. sexmacu- and the Logistic model.
