Experiment on Toona ciliata Cuttage Propagation

摘  要:对红椿扦插繁殖的激素种类和浓度、扦插基质、扦插季节、穗条年龄等进行对比试验,还对扦插苗与实生苗生长进行对比分析,结果表明:黄沙基质上的扦插苗生根率大于黄泥基质,扦插成活率平均为80%;3月份扦插生根率最高,为82%,5、9、12月扦插平均生根率依次为76%、78%、66%;穗条母树年龄效益明显,不同年龄采穗母树枝条扦插生根率为:1年生>2年生>多年生;使用IBA 500 mg/L扦插红椿是最适合处理;扦插苗生长量、根系发育都显著大于同龄实生苗。A comparative experiment was conducted for Toona ciliata cuttage propagation with factors including the types of plant growth regulators, concentration of the regulators, substrate types, and the season for cuttage propagation. Meanwhile, the sapling growth from the cuttage propagation was compared to that of the T. ciliata seedlings. The results showed that the rooting rate of the cuttings in yellow sand substrate was higher than that of in yellow soil, and the average survival rate of the saplings reached 80%. The highest rooting rate was 82% , which was obtained from the cuttage propagation conducted in March, and the average rooting rate from the cuttage propa- gation conducted in May, September and December was 76%, 78% and 66% respectively. The rooting rate was significantly influenced by age of the cuttings, and the order of the rooting rate from the different aged cuttings was lyr 〉 2yr 〉 3yr over. The optimal plant growth regulator treatment was to soak the cuttings with 500 mg/L of IBA solution before the cuttage establishment. The experiment also showed that the growth rate and root system develop- ment of the saplings from the cuttage propagation were both superior to those of the seedlings.
