摘　　要：目的探讨全腹多层螺旋CT检查对急腹症的诊断及应用价值。方法对25例手术治疗证实急腹症病因的全腹部多层螺旋CT资料进行回顾性分析,观察、分析腹腔肠管结构及腹腔周围脂肪间隙情况。结果 25例中10例肠道肿瘤致肠梗阻,5例急性阑尾炎,3例粪石性肠梗阻,2例腹内疝所致肠梗阻,4例小肠扭转,1例肠系膜脂膜炎。结论急腹症的全腹多层螺旋CT检查对病因诊断具有较高的准确度及敏感度,且对临床治疗方案的选择具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the value of multi--slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and management of acute abdomen. Methods Twenty-five cases acute abdomen confirmed by operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT findings of the 25 cases,there are kinds of cause of disease,such as intestinal obstruction,acute appendicitis,intestinal volvulus,mesenteric panniculitis and so on. Conclusion MSCT can be used to evaluate acute abdomen.It plays a valuable role in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.
