摘  要:在对国内外各类叶片三维反问题深入分析的基础上,针对高效、高负荷风扇的设计需求,提出了级环境下风扇叶片三维反问题设计的技术思路。以高压比单级风扇为例,利用数值模拟、流动分析等技术手段,采用从基元截面、单排到单级环境逐步深入的方式,对级环境下三维反问题设计方法的可行性进行了验证,初步探索了级环境下叶片载荷分布规律,进一步发展并完善了高效、高负荷风扇叶片的三维反问题设计技术。The detailed analysis on all kinds of national and international technical data of three-dimensional inverse method was carried out. According to the design requirements of high efficiency and high loading fan, the idea of fan airfoil design in stage environments by using three-dimensional inverse method was proposed. Numerical simulation and flow field analysis were performed in high pressure ratio single-stage fan. The feasibility of the inverse method in stage environments was validated from basic elements, single row to single stage. The blade loading distribution law was preliminarily studied. The airfoil in- verse design technique of high efficiency and high loading fan was improved and developed further through above methods.
