摘  要:介绍了自主研制的国内首台可变环境条件(压力、温度、流速)旋转碰摩式钛火试验器及相关试验研究,建立了旋转碰摩着火试验流程。通过设定旋转碰摩的工作环境及进给力大小,成功再现了钛合金试样(TC17/TC4)着火、稳定燃烧、燃烧扩展等复杂燃烧过程。该试验器的成功研制,为钛合金构件着火性能及其防护研究提供了试验手段,在航空发动机钛合金燃烧特性评估和防钛火试验研究领域,具有良好的应用前景。The first self-developed rotating friction test facility for titanium fire is presented in different environmental conditions (including total pressure, total temperature and flow rate). The relevant experimental study and rotating friction on-fire test procedures are introduced. The test procedures successfully reproduced the course of complex combustion (ignition, stable combustion, extension) of the titanium sample (TC 17/TC4) by setting rotation friction work conditions and entering force. The facility development was successful and provided experimental means to study the fire performance and fire proof coat of titanium alloy components. It will be widely used in the evaluation of aero-engine titanium alloy combustion characteristics and anti-titanium fire experimental research area.
