摘  要:为了研究不同苜蓿品种间的亲缘关系,试验利用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对30个苜蓿品种幼叶时期的过氧化物(POD)同工酶进行亲缘关系分析。结果表明:不同苜蓿品种间POD同工酶酶谱具有一定的差异性,在亲缘关系上供试品种可大致划分为4类,分类结果与品种的来源和地理位置有相关性。根据酶带的有无、活性差异以及聚类分析结果,可以初步探讨30个苜蓿品种间的亲缘关系。To study the phylogenetic relationships among different alfalfa varieties, the phylogenetic relationships of the peroxidase (POD) isoenzymes in the young leaves of thirty alfalfa varieties were analyzed using the vertical slab polyacrylamide gel eleetrophoresis technology. The results showed that the POD isozyme spectrum had some differences among different alfalfa varieties. The tested varieties could be broadly divid- ed into four categories. As the result, a certain correlation was observed between the classification result, the geographic location and source of the varieties. It is concluded that the phylogenetic relationships among thirty alfalfa varieties can be initially discussed by using the activity differences of the enzyme belt with the results of the clustering analysis.
