大果沙棘简易绿枝扦插技术

摘　　要：以大果沙棘新生绿枝为试材,研究了在插后不喷水和每天只喷1次水与每天多次弥雾或每天喷水2～3次扦插方法的效果差异。结果表明:在简易扦插环境下不喷水和每天喷1次水的方法,大果沙棘5～25cm长多片叶绿枝扦插生根率仍高达90%以上,成苗高40cm以上,根系发达;并且比普通采用的自动间歇弥雾绿枝扦插方法生根率高1倍以上,且投资少;比每天喷水2～3次扦插方法用工少、生根率无显著差异,效益显著。With Hippophae rhamnoides as test material,after cutting,dealed with no spray and once spray a day of water. Several times a day mist or spray 2 or 3 times a day were compared. The results showed that application of non-spray and spray water once a day, the rooting rate of 5-25 cm long greenwood cuttings with several leaves was still more than90%,seedling height over 40 cm with a robust root system, And rooting rate was more than twice as many as the common used automatic intermittent mist softwood cuttings and need less investment. Compared with spray twice or third a day, the new method need less labor and with a similar rooting rate,and benefits were significantly improved.
