急诊患者家属心理需求的调查分析与沟通技巧

摘  要:目的探讨急诊患者家属的心理需求及沟通技巧。方法选择2010年10月~2011年5月在我院急诊室或接待室等候的患者家属121人发放调查表。对患者家属护理沟通前后心理需求进行分析。结果患者家属心理需求多样,经有效沟通后,患者家属的焦虑和抑郁有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者家属进行有效沟通对其情绪有正面影响,能提高其心理承受能力。Objective To investigate the psychological needs of the families of the emergency patients and communication skills. Methods From October 2010 to May 2011 questionnaire issued in 121 hospital emergency room or reception room wait for family members of patients. Psychological needs of the care and communication before and after the family members of patients were an- alyzed. Results the psychological needs of family members of patients and diverse, effective communication, the families of pa- tients anxiety and depression decreased significantly difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effective communication of emergency department patients" family members have a positive impact of their emotions, can improve their mental endurance.
