摘 要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)编织网结构主要由编织网面和内外环梁组成,将FRP板条按一定规律编织形成网面,通过内环梁对网面进行平面外整体张拉,使结构具有一定的平面外刚度,可以承受竖向荷载。通过2个1/10比例的FRP编织网结构模型,研究了FRP编织网结构的编织方法、施工方法和成形中的力学特性,对施工中平面编织、平面外整体张拉的过程进行了模拟验证。结果表明:采用编号法和规律法可实现网面的编织施工;通过控制板条预张拉应力和控制整体变形的平面外整体张拉可实现结构的成形控制;在施工过程中FRP编织网结构表现出明显的几何非线性特征,结构刚度随着竖向张拉位移的增加而增大;相对于板条的预张拉应力控制,平面外整体张拉对于结构成形控制起决定性作用。A larger span roof is expected to achieve with this structure system as the merits of lighter weight and higher strength of FRP(fiber reinforced polymer) are utilized sufficiently in it.A FRP WWS(woven web structure) is composed of woven web,outer and inner ring beams.An amount of FRP strips are crossed and woven to form a web plane by a certain pattern firstly.The web after tensioning along the out-of-plane direction on the inner ring has the geometric stiffness to bear vertical roof loads.Two 1/10 scaled FRP WWS models were designed and constructed,by which the weaving design,the weaving realization and the construction process were investigated.It was proved by the tests that the presented two installation strategies,numbering and regulating,are effective for construction.The formation of web structure can be completed by two steps,pretensioning of single strip controlled by stress and tensioning of inner ring controlled by deformation.It is found that the web has the significant geometrical non-linearity.The web’s stiffness rises with growing of the out-of-plane tension deformation.It is concluded that the out-of-plane tension is more reigning than the pretension for construction of FRP WWS.
