摘　　要：在大多数临床急救过程中,及时建立静脉通路是抢救的关键,但一些危重症病人因各种原因建立静脉通路比较困难,如呼吸心跳骤停、严重烧伤、失血性休克、重度脱水等重度患者,由于静脉塌陷而无法常规建立急救通道,不能及时应用抢救药物,贻误抢救时机,导致抢救失败。因此,学会建立替代输液途径至关重要,骨内输液术就是其一,被国内外急救组织广泛采用。In most clinical treatment, the key was to first aid is to build the vein access timely, but it is difficult to establish the vein access for the critical patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest, severe burns, hemorrhagic shock, and severe dehydration. In these conditions we can not establish vein access and not provide transfusion timely which will lead the failure of emergency in first-aid. Therefore, to establish the intra-osseous transfusion, as an alternate transfusion, is widely used by first^-aid organizations both at home and abroad.
