摘　　要：面向三重播放业务的需求,构建新一代的网络管理架构、优化IT系统和维护体系是当前运营商PON建设和维护的重点和难点。本文面向PON,尤其是FTTH规模发展情况下的运维能力提升,探讨了PON管理中的一系列关键技术问题,包括PON EMS管理、北向接口及网管流程以及省级集中管理平台功能要求等。One of the biggest challenges to carriers in terms of PON deployment and maintenance when delivering triple play service is new generation network management architecture and optimized IT and operation system. This article proposes a series of key technical requirements, including PON EMS management system, northbound interface definition, PON management procedure, and provincial centralized network management system, and so on, which can improve the network operation and management capability, especially in FTTH mass deployment scenario.
