摘 要:目的:探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆S100B浓度与CT表现的关系。方法:收集ACI患者和健康体检正常者各120例,采用ELISA测定血浆S100B浓度,分析ACI患者血浆S100B浓度的变化及与CT表现的关系。结果:ACI患者血浆S100B浓度(231.4±109.6)pg/ml较健康体检正常者(52.6±16.9)pg/ml显著升高(P<0.001)。不同部位ACI患者血浆S100B浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同面积ACI患者血浆S100B比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACI患者血浆S100B浓度与ACI面积显著相关,可用于反映ACI严重程度。Objective This study aimed to explore the correlations between computed tomographic manifestations and plasma S100B concentrations in acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Plasma S100B concentration in one hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction and 120 healthy controls was measured using ELISA.The change of plasma S100B level and its correlation with computed tomographic manifestations was analyzed statistically.Results Plasma S100B level was statistically significantly higher in patients with acute cerebral infarction than that in healthy controls(231.4±109.6 pg/ml vs 52.6 ±16.9pg/ml;P〈0.001).There was no statistical difference of plasma S100B level among patients with different infarction locations(P〉0.05).There was statistically significant difference of plasma S100B level among patients with different infarction size(P〈0.05).Conclusion Plasma S100B concentration is highly correlated with different infarction size,and is reflective of disease severity.
