摘　　要：我国高校校内文献资源利用存在藏而难用、流通不便、封闭保守、闲置浪费和共享不足的问题,主要源于共享意识淡薄、管理制度滞后和流通渠道不畅。要实现校内文献资源的充分共享,必须转变思想观念、加强制度建设和完善流通渠道。The problem of the sharing shortage of document resources in China＇s universities, mainly originates from the lighter sharing consciousness, the backward management system and the weak circulation channels. In order to make a full sharing of the document resources, we must change the concepts, complete the management system and improve circulation channels.
