摘　　要：房地产行业的可持续发展对于国民经济稳步增长和产业结构优化调整具有重要的意义.首先解析了房地产行业可持续发展概念的内涵,其次构建房地产行业可持续发展程度评估指标体系,引入因子分析法进行指标优化,并采用层次分析方法确定指标权重.然后采用功效系数法将指标标准化处理,并对照分级标准,对房地产行业的可持续发展程度进行评估,确定出天津市2003-2009年房地产行业可持续发展程度的趋势变化情况.最后提出了关于促进房地产行业可持续发展的几点对策建议.Sustainable development of real estate is very meaningful for national economy＇s stable increase and industrial structure optimization. The connotation of sustainable devel- opment for real estate is analyzed primarily. Then the evaluation index system is established, factor analysis method is imported to optimize index system and AHP is adopted to confirm the index weight. Next, efficiency coefficient method is used to standardize index, and sus- tainable development degree evaluation of real estate is assessed based on grading standards. The result shows the variation of sustainable development degree for real estate in Tian Jin during the year from 2003 to 2009. At last, suggestions about promoting sustainable development of real estate are put forward.
