摘　　要：从设计角度,对高炉炉底炉缸如何实现长寿进行了探讨认为,建立有效的传热机制,形成稳定的渣铁保护层,是炉底炉缸长寿设计要达到的目标.小块炭砖、大块炭砖、进口炭砖、国产炭砖、陶瓷杯的使用都是实现这个目标的手段。The author expounds the ways to realize long campaign of blast furnace bottom and hearth from the point of view of design, such as setup of effective heat transmission mechanism to form stable slag protection layer, utilization of small carbon bricks, large carbon bricks, imported carbon bricks and domestic carbon bricks as well as ceramic cup, etc.
