核型结构汽车企业垂直创新网络演化研究——基于企业间关系强度

摘　　要：汽车企业垂直创新网络在汽车企业的创新中发挥着重要作用,是汽车企业的可持续竞争优势之一。分析了企业间关系强度与创新网络绩效的相关性,认为二者的正负相关性是运动变化的;探析了企业间关系强度影响创新网络绩效的内在机理;以此为基础,研究了核型结构汽车企业垂直创新网络演化的三阶段模型:以汽车企业为核心的弱联结创新大网络,以汽车企业为核心的双边强联结网络,以汽车企业为核心的多边强联结小网络。The vertical innovation networks of auto enterprise play an important role in the enterprise innovation, which is one of the competitive advantages of auto enterprise. Firstly, analyze the relation between tie strength and innovation performance, it is thought that the relation is movement and changes; secondly, explored the influ- ence mechanism of tie strength to innovation performance; Based on this, research the three-stage evolution of au- to enterprises＇ vertical innovation network： a big innovation network of weak ties which put the auto enterprise as focal; a slightly big network of strong ties of bilateral which put the auto enterprise as focal; a small network of strong ties of multilateral which put the auto enterprise as focal. It will push the tie strength theory and innova- tion network theory for further development and provide the guide for the auto enterprises＇ innovation networks.
