摘　　要：外商群体投资(FCI)为存在产业关联的外资集聚。在前人文献基础上,提出了一个考察FCI区位选择因素包含14个条款的测量体系,调查了江苏昆山、吴江、浙江平湖等FCI特征明显地区的106家外资企业,采用探索性因子方法探明了这一测量体系的内在结构。实证分析结果表明,除了传统的区位特定因素、成本驱动因素外,FCI的区位选择因素还包括企业集聚和产业关联两个方面。这为后续研究从因素体系和结构上提供了经验证据和逻辑指引。Foreign Clustering Investment （FCI） is FDI agglomeration with industrial linkages. Based on existing lit- eratures, this paper proposes a scale which consists of 14 items for measurement of FCI location determinants. Employing a survey of 106 foreign firms in Kunshan, Wujiang and Pinghu, the exploratory factor analysis reveals its structure. The empirical results indicate that, in addition to the traditional location-specific and cost-driven fac- tors, firm agglomeration and industry linkage should also be included in the location determinants of FCI. This pa- per provides empirical supports and logical guidelines for further study from the perspectives of factorial system and structure.
