摘　　要：F菌毛是雄性大肠埃希菌表面的一种特殊结构,具有许多生物功能,就其分子生物学、结构和功能等方面的进展进行综述,并展望其应用于库-库筛选的可行性。F pilus is a kind of special structure on the surface of male E. coli. It possesses important biological functions. The biology, structure and functions of F pilus were summarized in this paper, and the feasibility of application prospects in library-library screening were expected.
