摘　　要：Rho激酶(ROCK)被认为是治疗心血管疾病的新靶点。本文主要简述RhoA/ROCK通路在调节脉管系统的功能,并探讨其在心血管疾病发病中的作用机制。Rho kinase （ROCK） is regarded as a novel therapeutic target in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this review we summarize the current understanding of the crucial role of the RhoA,/ROCK pathway in the regulation of vascular functions and present its physiological and pathophysiological functions in cardiovascular diseases.
