摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病前期患者的影响。方法:将160例门诊糖尿病前期患者随机分为干预组和对照组各80例。两组均未用药治疗,干预组实施综合护理干预,对照组不进行干预,比较两组患者转归情况。结果:干预组糖尿病前期相关知识认知、健康生活方式、体重控制及血糖控制情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病前期患者进行综合护理干预,可较好地控制其血糖水平,降低糖尿病发病危险,值得推广应用。Objective ： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with pre - diabetes. Methods ： 160 out- patients with pre -diabetes were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group （80 cases in each group ）. The patients in both groups were not given any medication. The comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented in the intervention group and no in- tervention was taken in the control group. The sequelae were compared between the two groups. Results： The patient＇s cognition and grasp of the related knowledge about pre - diabetes, healthy life style, weight and glycemic control were superior in the intervention group to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with pre - diabetes can effectively control their blood sugar level and reduce the risk of suffering from diabetes.
